Privacy Policy

How Hope Harbor collects, uses, shares, and protects information for provider relationships, business inquiries, and public support tools.

Effective date: April 20, 2026

Introduction

Hope Harbor respects privacy and tries to collect only the information needed to respond to a request, operate the site, or deliver the relevant service.

This site now primarily supports licensed treatment providers, business relationships, and operator resources. Some public support tools for individuals and families remain available, but Hope Harbor does not provide direct medical care.

Information We Collect

  • Business and provider information such as name, email, phone, organization name, role, and inquiry details when someone requests a provider conversation, sample audit, or partnership contact.
  • Public support inquiry information such as name, contact details, insurance status, and summary context when someone uses a public support form or support tool.
  • Standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, device data, referral sources, and analytics events used to understand site performance and improve routing.

How We Use Information

  • To respond to provider, partner, media, and general business outreach.
  • To deliver provider-side materials such as consultations, sample audits, and admissions-operations follow-up.
  • To respond to public support requests, route the request appropriately, and improve the usefulness of support tools and educational resources.
  • To operate analytics, fraud prevention, compliance, and general business administration.

Information Sharing

Hope Harbor does not sell personal information as a raw data product.

Information may be shared with service providers, software vendors, contractors, or independent treatment providers when needed to operate the site, respond to a request, or support a legitimate follow-up. Any treatment provider or vendor remains responsible for its own policies, notices, and regulatory obligations.

Sensitive Information and Medical Records

Hope Harbor is not a hospital, detox facility, or clinical treatment provider. Public site forms and support tools should not be treated as a substitute for emergency or clinical intake systems.

Do not send highly sensitive medical, payment-card, or legally restricted record material unless Hope Harbor explicitly requests it for a defined business reason. If Hope Harbor routes someone to an independent treatment provider, that provider's own privacy and record-handling policies apply to care delivery and treatment records.

Security and Retention

Hope Harbor uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.

Information is retained only as long as needed for the business purpose, contractual follow-up, legal obligations, or reasonable operational review.

Your Choices

  • Request access to information Hope Harbor reasonably maintains about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Ask not to receive future marketing or outreach communications.
  • Request deletion where retention is not otherwise required by law or contract.
