Privacy Policy
How Hope Harbor collects, uses, shares, and protects information for provider relationships, business inquiries, analytics, and admissions-operations services.
Effective date: April 20, 2026
Introduction
Hope Harbor respects privacy and tries to collect only the information needed to respond to a request, operate the site, or deliver the relevant service.
This site supports licensed treatment providers, business relationships, and operator resources. Hope Harbor does not provide direct medical care.
Information We Collect
- Business and provider information such as name, email, phone, organization name, role, and inquiry details when someone requests a provider conversation, sample audit, or partnership contact.
- Standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, device data, referral sources, web performance metrics, and analytics events used to understand site performance and improve routing.
- Local storage, session storage, cookies, or similar browser storage may be used to remember attribution context, landing pages, referral source, and page-path history for business inquiry routing.
Website Analytics and Attribution
Hope Harbor uses analytics and attribution tools, including Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, to understand which pages, campaigns, referrals, and resources are producing legitimate provider conversations. This may include page URLs, referrer hosts, UTM parameters, click events, session identifiers, browser/device details, web performance metrics, and form-source context.
Do not place patient names, member IDs, dates of birth, medical-record details, or other PHI into website forms or URL parameters. Provider-side work that requires live PHI is handled only after the right scope and BAA are in place.
How We Use Information
- To respond to provider, partner, media, and general business outreach.
- To deliver provider-side materials such as consultations, sample audits, and admissions-operations follow-up.
- To operate analytics, fraud prevention, compliance, and general business administration.
Information Sharing
Hope Harbor does not sell patient leads or provider inquiry information.
We use service providers and analytics vendors to operate, secure, measure, and improve the business site as described below.
Information may be shared with service providers, software vendors, contractors, or professional advisers when needed to operate the site, respond to a request, or support a legitimate business follow-up.
Provider inquiry forms and site events may be processed through business tools such as Formspree, HubSpot, Vercel, Google Analytics, email, hosting, and security vendors. Hope Harbor does not sell patient leads, does not accept referral fees, and does not receive pay-per-admit compensation.
Sensitive Information and Medical Records
Hope Harbor is not a hospital, detox facility, or clinical treatment provider. Public site forms and support tools should not be treated as a substitute for emergency or clinical intake systems.
Do not send highly sensitive medical, payment-card, or legally restricted record material unless Hope Harbor explicitly requests it for a defined provider-operations engagement after the right agreement is in place. Independent treatment providers remain responsible for their own care-delivery and treatment-record policies.
Security and Retention
Hope Harbor uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure.
Information is retained only as long as needed for the business purpose, contractual follow-up, legal obligations, or reasonable operational review.
Security diligence materials, including BAA availability, subprocessor information, retention posture, incident contact, and AI-data-use boundaries, are available to prospective provider customers on request.
Your Choices
- Request access to information Hope Harbor reasonably maintains about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Ask not to receive future marketing or outreach communications.
- Request deletion where retention is not otherwise required by law or contract.
