Any treatment facility or provider remains an independent organization responsible for its own care, records, admissions decisions, and clinical obligations.

Commercial Terms

Website pricing and package descriptions are summaries for business evaluation. The actual scope, payment timing, credits, cancellation rights, access requirements, and deliverables for any paid engagement are governed by the signed order form, statement of work, or other written agreement between the parties.
